In addition to one-on-one job coaching, Hope Enterprises offers work-skills assessments, job search assistance, on-site training, and follow-up services in community workplaces. Staff leads are available to provide on-site support as needed, ensuring both individuals and employers feel confident in their working relationship.
Transitioning Into the Workforce
Hope Enterprises’ Employment Services often collaborate with our Transitional Support Services to help individuals prepare for life after high school. Starting as early as age 14, these programs provide guidance and resources to support a seamless transition into the workforce. By working together, we create personalized plans that empower individuals to build meaningful, fulfilling lives through employment.
