President/Chief Executive Officer
Robert A. Labatch, MSW, joined Hope Enterprises, Inc. in 2014 and currently serves as the President/CEO of the organization. Rob has over 20 years of experience in disability services, regulatory compliance, program development, and administrative, operational, and fiscal leadership. He currently serves as a board member for the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA), and the West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission. Rob also serves as a committee member for Unique Source, an organization dedicated to employing people with disabilities. 
Chief Operating Officer
Suzanne Glisan, RN, BSN, began working with Hope in 2019 as a Clinical Consultant. Then in 2021, she was hired as COO of Hope Enterprises, Inc. Suzanne has over 29 years of healthcare administration, nursing, and regulatory compliance in Long Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living, and Personal Care Homes. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Director of Nurses Association (PADONA), The American Nurses Associations (ANA), and Leadership Lycoming’s class of 2024. 
Chief Financial Officer
John F. Bubb, MBA, FHFMA, joined Hope Enterprises, Inc. in 2019 and currently serves as the Vice President/CFO of the organization. Prior to joining Hope, John has over 30 years of experience in healthcare finance. He served as President of his local chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Regional Executive of HFMA for Region 3. He currently serves as Deacon for the Diocese of Scranton and on various councils and committees with his local parish.
