Community Homes

Community homes provide care to individuals with developmental disABILITIES 24 hours per day.


Individuals receive assistance with activities of daily living, such as money management, supervision, homemaking, socialization and community involvement.

The number of people living in the group homes ranges between two and six, and there are co-ed options and options for homes that have all male or all female residents.

Individuals with intellectual disABILITIES.

Eligibility Requirements

Ages: 18 years and older
Eligibility is determined by a county mental health/intellectual disABILITIES program. We require a referral from the county program.

24 hours / 7 days a week

Locations

Community homes are located in Lycoming, Clinton, Columbia, Montour, Snyder and Union counties.
