Chief Programs Officer
The Chief Programs Officer is directly responsible for the overall operation, direction, and administration of IDD service programs, and is authorized to act on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with regard to general administrative matters of the agency as assigned. Key administrative functions of waiver assurance may include, but are not limited to: waiver compliance, incident management/risk management, and quality management. This position is also responsible for the ongoing compliance with Provider Qualification requirements, as well as with HCSIS, PROMISE enrollment, and SSD maintenance.
Nutrition Services Support Staff/Lab Assistant
The Nutrition Services Support Staff is responsible for excellent customer service to all program participants, scheduling appointments, conduct a variety of routine clerical duties; perform anthropometric measurements and hematological testing after receiving required training, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the safety, maintenance and equipment needs of the owned and leased facilities and properties within the Danville and Williamsport regions.
Program Specialist-Residential Services
The Program Specialist-Residential is responsible for the supervision of Supervisor-Residential Services as well as provide leadership to Supervisor-Residential Services and Direct Support Professionals. Ensure compliance with Integration, Everyday Lives, Hope Enterprises, Inc. Policy and Procedures, and current ODP practices and philosophies.
Supervisor-Residential Services
The Supervisor-Residential Services, under the supervision of the Program Specialist-Residential, is responsible for the daily operation of a maximum of two, 24-hour Residential homes serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Supervisor-Residential Services is responsible for the supervision of Direct Support Professional-Residential.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential - Williamsport Region
DSP-Residential will assist and participate in the direct care services of intellectually/physically disabled individuals in a group home setting. Personal care, behavioral intervention and activities of daily living are a few of the responsibilities involved with this position. Staff will work under the supervision of the Residential Supervisor.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential - Danville Region
DSP-Residential will assist and participate in the direct care services of intellectually/physically disabled individuals in a group home setting. Personal care, behavioral intervention and activities of daily living are a few of the responsibilities involved with this position. Staff will work under the supervision of the Residential Supervisor.
Part-Time - Custodian (MaxWorx)
The Custodian is responsible for providing quality janitorial services at his / her assigned job sites.
Photo ID Operator (MaxWorx)
Provides efficient, courteous customer service to all persons who enter the Photo License Center. Assures that customers have proper identification and documentation. The Photo ID Operator is responsible for the operation of the work site, including: security and accountability or consumables and customer information, processing all customers courteously, promptly, and without discrimination or prejudice for any reason, issuing a finished product to the correct customer, and recording the transaction as required.
Custodial Crew Rep (MaxWorx)
The Custodial Crew Rep is responsible for providing quality janitorial services at assigned job sites. This includes working independently at a site, mentoring and assisting others with training or performing the tasks needed for providing services at multiple sites.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Choice Services
The Direct Support Professional - Choice Services is responsible to provide services to individuals with disabilities.
